Both models are Wifi 6 phones, and also use the more modern and faster LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.0 storage. The 108MP camera sensor was first seen on the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 and Mi Note 10 Pro in late 2019, wowing smartphone reviewers worldwide with its impressive performance. The Mi Note 10 Pro was the first non-premium flagship phone with a camera that hit the top charts.  See our Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Pro review too. Samsung has also launched the Galaxy S20 Ultra, a premium flagship smartphone with a 108MP camera as well, and we look forward to seeing how it performs too. Both Xiaomi and Samung use the 108MP ISOCELL sensor, though with different configurations and implementations, in the Xiaomi Mi Note series, the Xiaomi Mi 10 series and the Galaxy S20 Ultra. The 108MP sensor was developed in a collaboration between the two smartphone brands in 2019 and has since become the smartphone camera sensor to beat since its debut.
