In the same breath, we have seen reports that Samsung is planning to release its Galaxy Tab 8 series, which should include the Galaxy Tab S8, Galaxy Tab S8+, and Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra, sometime early next year. Well, even before we see these devices, reports are already coming in, alluding to yet another device in this family, one that’s set to succeed in one of the better budget offers today, the Tab S7 Lite. The device, dubbed the Galaxy Tab S8 FE or the Galaxy Tab S8 Lite, is reportedly expected to get launched towards the end of next year. Without any specific dates attached, we believe this should be around the fourth quarter (Q4) or 2022. Also still unknown are the specifications for this device. However, a few things can be inferred based on the rumored specs for the Galaxy Tab S8. See, Tab S8 is slated to come with an 11-inch LTPS TFT LCD panel with a 120HZ refresh rate. It is said to pack 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, along with featuring an 8-megapixel front-facing snapper. It will come powered by an 8,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging technology. As the Tab S8 FE is essentially a watered-down version of this, we should see a few budget cuts from the above-mentioned spec sheet packaged as the Tab S8 FE. This product is expected to come powered by the company’s own Exynos 2200 chipset or an equivalent Qualcomm Snapdragon-series chip. Are you excited about this device?
