Product Recall
Older versions of this model and other BOB single or double strollers were recalled for strangulation and choking risks in February and October 2011, respectively. (3)(4) The first recall was due to a drawstring at the rear of the canopy (used to gather loose fabric) that could pose a strangulation risk to babies. (3) The second recall was due to the embroidered logo’s backing patch possibly detaching from the inside of the canopy, posing a choking hazard. (4) However, this newer model (BOB Gear Revo Flex Duallie 3.0 Double Jogger Stroller) wasn’t included in the recall. The brand changed the strollers’ design to remove these hazard risks.
